• Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), and message you provide.
• Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type, interactions).
• Security & anti-spam. To protect the contact form we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals. Server logs may briefly record your IP address.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange assessments or appointments;
• To operate, secure, and improve our website;
• To prevent spam and abuse of the contact form.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Please don’t send sensitive health information

The website contact form is for general inquiries and booking only. Please do not include detailed personal health information in the form. We will collect any clinical information securely and directly as part of providing services.

• Resend: delivery of contact-form emails to us;

Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our records, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s standard retention settings.
